SESSION DESCRIPTIONS & BOOKINGS

After discussing your needs and desired intention for healing, I will begin aligning and balancing your Chakras. Reiki energy will be utilized to address any imbalances and create relaxation for healing the mind, body and spirit.

Same as the the 60 minute session with the addition of Frequency healing, which is utilized for relaxation and healing of mind, body and spirit. This is the most optimal Reiki session for a full overall non-rushed Reiki experience, allowing your to receive the most benefit from our time together.

A beautiful way to honor yourself and your healing journey is with my package of 4 1-hour sessions. Best used once or twice a month. Reiki energy is a beautiful healing modality that can be a wonderful addition to whatever self-care routines are already a part of your life.
